Who can order from KinesiaSupply?+
We supply clinics, gyms, wellness studios, massage therapists, sports facilities and any business purchasing in bulk. We do not sell to individual consumers.
Do I need a trade account?+
Browsing the catalogue and submitting an order is open. We'll verify your business at checkout for first-time accounts.
How do MOQs work?+
Each product has a minimum order quantity. Mixed sizes and left/right versions count toward the same MOQ -- order the way you actually order.
How is pricing calculated?+
Wholesale pricing is already applied to every product -- no negotiation required. A minimum order value of $250 applies, with free shipping on orders over $500.
How does payment work?+
Pay directly at checkout by credit or debit card via Stripe-hosted secure checkout. No invoice round-trip required.
When do orders ship?+
All items are produced and shipped direct from factory. Estimated shipping is 2-4 weeks from order confirmation.
What if an item can't be delivered?+
If an item can't be delivered or the supplier no longer produces it, that line is refunded in full and the rest of your order ships as normal.
