Trade-only ordering
KinesiaSupply is a B2B wholesale supplier. Orders are accepted from registered clinics, healthcare businesses, and trade buyers only.
Shipping & lead times
All products are ordered direct from the factory. Estimated shipping time varies between 2 and 4 weeks from order confirmation. Lead times are estimates only and may vary based on factory production schedules, customs, and freight.
Availability
Because items are produced direct from factory, not all items are guaranteed. Stock and production runs are subject to change without notice.
Refund policy on undeliverable items
If an item cannot be delivered, or the supplier no longer produces the item, KinesiaSupply will refund the non-delivered items in full. The remainder of the order will ship as normal. No partial credits, substitutes, or back-orders are applied without written consent from the buyer.
Pricing & MOQs
All prices are quoted in trade-only wholesale terms. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are calculated per product and may aggregate across sizes and variants. Final pricing, shipping and applicable taxes are confirmed at order confirmation.
Intended use
Products sold by KinesiaSupply are intended for general wellness, exercise, recovery, mobility, comfort and support purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Buyers are responsible for recommending appropriate use of products to their own clients.
