KinesiaSupply is a Canadian B2B wholesale supplier. This policy explains what information we collect from trade customers, why we collect it, and how it's protected. It applies to everyone who places an order, submits an enquiry, or creates a trade account on this site.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to run your order or enquiry:

• Order information: business name, contact name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address, provided when you place a wholesale order.
• Contact form information: name, email, business name, and message, when you submit a trade enquiry.
• Account information: email address and password, if you create a trade account to sign in.

We do not collect payment card details — those are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and never pass through our servers.

How we use this information

We use the information above to:

• Process and ship wholesale orders
• Process payment through Stripe
• Respond to trade enquiries
• Maintain your trade account, if you have one
• Send order confirmations and order-related notifications

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes payments for orders. Stripe handles your card details directly.
• Resend — sends order and enquiry email notifications on our behalf.
• Supabase — hosts our database and trade account sign-in. Your information is stored on servers located in Canada.

We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and enquiry information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, respond to enquiries, and meet our tax and business recordkeeping obligations.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access to order and customer data is restricted to what's needed to operate the business.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll respond within five business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
